Fringe in all its dangling, swaying, boho beauty has slowly been making a comeback over the past few years. For the next upcoming seasons, this roaring 20’s derivation is here to stay. As seen on Elvis’s famous uniform, on the attire of many at Woodstock 1969, and on the leather jackets of the Hell’s Angels in the 80’s, fringe has been a part of American history since the Native Americans cut, tanned, and stripped the leather by hand. In the Spring 2015 RTW runways of Alberta Ferret and Fendi, it’s clear that fringe has made its return once again. The resurgence of fringe has never been bolder. Although this trend has established a foundation in the bohemian category of style, the swaying tassels are by no means limited in image or occasion.

Fringe has a home for every event within the range of casual to formal. It can be integrated into almost any look in order to accessorize, spice, and compliment any outfit. Whether you’re sporting the style of urban, classy, edgy, indie, or any other trend in between, the shredded look can be easily mixed into your attire. They can be found over a wide range of items from dresses, cardigans, bathing suits, handbags, and even home decor. Here are a couple of ways you can blend this style sensation into your own unique closet.

The following are a couple of fun spring and summer fringe favorites.
